What does the first consultation session look like?
The first session usually lasts around 60 minutes and begins with a thorough intake — covering your health, emotional well-being, lifestyle, habits, and personal goals. Based on this, I create a personalized support strategy, which may include nutritional guidance, herbs, rituals, movement practices, and sometimes specific energy or breathing exercises. Everything is tailored to you and your individual needs.
Who can benefit from consultations and mentoring?
Health is much more than the absence of illness — it is a state of inner balance, where all aspects of life work in harmony, leading to happiness and fulfillment. Anyone who feels they have not yet reached their full state of well-being can benefit from working with me.
What does a health consultation look like?
Before our session, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out, allowing me to better understand your health history, lifestyle, and current needs. This helps make the consultation itself more effective. During our conversation, we discuss your concerns, determine your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha), and identify the factors contributing to imbalance. At the end, I create a personalized action plan that may include recommendations for diet, lifestyle, herbs, supplements, rituals, and supportive movement practices.
Can a consultation help with chronic health concerns?
Yes — consultations can be especially supportive for chronic issues such as digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, fatigue, stress, lowered immunity, or menstrual cycle difficulties. My goal is to address the root causes of imbalance rather than only easing symptoms, and to choose methods that support your body in long-term regeneration and resilience.
What’s the difference between mentoring and an individual consultation?
Mentoring is a longer, more in-depth collaboration. I support your health, mental, and energetic development over the course of 8 sessions. This format allows us to track your progress and adjust our approach over time as your needs evolve.
Individual consultations are one-time, holistic sessions focused on a specific concern — such as health, nutrition, stress, or the menstrual cycle.
