About me
let's get to know each other
I am so happy you're here, this is a beginning of a great adventure together.
My name is Karolina, and I am an Ayurvedic therapist, herbalist, phytotherapist, yoga teacher, Slavic gymnastics instructor, biohacker, and a graduate of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw.
I am also a writer and traveler, the author of numerous articles, and a speaker at health-focused conferences and festivals. I also created my own movement practice called Slavic Flow.
What inspires me?
I combine tradition and science, blending the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern health optimization methods to create a holistic approach that supports the body, mind, and energy — rooted in conscious living.
Where does my knowledge come from?
My path of education has taken me to the renowned Jiva Ayurveda Institute in India and to yoga schools in Indonesia, where I completed over 400 hours of intensive training. I also completed formal studies in herbalism and phytotherapy at an institute in Poland. I continue to expand my expertise with specialists from around the world to offer the highest level of support to those I work with.
My story
My path to holistic health was neither simple nor obvious. It was born from pain, uncertainty, and a deep sense of falling apart.
For a long time, I struggled with depression, feeling disconnected from my body, a loss of meaning, and emotional exhaustion. My body began sending alarming signals — breast lumps, hormonal imbalances, and even a diagnosis of cervical cancer.
Medical tests and conventional treatments gave me no real answers, and despite ongoing examinations, my body kept asking for deeper attention. That was my turning point. I began to truly listen to my body, my emotions, and my intuition. I turned toward a deeper source of healing: the natural, home-based remedies that had always lived in the hands of my mother and grandmother — approaches that looked beyond lab results and treated the whole person.
When I finally began to see real changes, later confirmed by medical tests, I understood that this was my path. Herbalism came first, followed by working with the body and mind, and Ayurveda became the element that wove everything into a coherent whole. I studied, I practiced, I experienced. And slowly, piece by piece, I came back to myself.
Today, I don’t teach only from books. I teach from lived experience.
I help others understand that health is more than the absence of disease. It is a deep relationship with the body, the rhythms of nature, our emotions, our cycles, and our inner truth.
My approach
I use a variety of tools to support clients in their quest for complete health.
Ayurweda
Ayurveda is a holistic, ancient system of medicine from India that teaches how to live in harmony with nature, your unique constitution, and your body’s natural rhythms to maintain health and balance.
Herbalism
Herbal medicine is a natural method of healing and supporting health through the use of medicinal plants, herbs, and their preparations — rooted in traditional herbal knowledge and the Slavic folk healing tradition.
Biohacking
Biohacking is a modern approach to consciously optimizing health, energy, and mental performance through science, lifestyle, supplementation, and technology.
Somatic movement
Movement is medicine, for the body and mind
Somatic movement is an essential part of my work. I have completed over 400 hours of yoga training in schools in Indonesia, practicing a variety of styles and traditions. I have also studied Slavic Gymnastics and Intimate Gymnastics, which focus on working with the pelvic floor muscles.
Drawing on this multi-layered experience, I created my own movement practice — Slavic Flow — which weaves all of these elements together. As a result, I offer comprehensive support for both physical and mental health. These techniques not only help build strength and flexibility, but also deepen body awareness and strengthen the connection with oneself.
- A stronger sense of self-empowerment
- Integration of feminine and masculine energy
- Increased flexibility and deep muscle strength
- Deepening the connection with the body and intuition

Frequently asked questions
Better to ask than to assume.
What’s the difference between mentoring and a consultation?
Mentoring is a longer, more in-depth collaboration. I support you in your health, mental, and energetic development over the course of 8 sessions. This format allows us to track your progress and adjust our approach as you evolve.
One-on-one consultations are single, holistic sessions focused on a specific need — such as health, nutrition, stress, or the menstrual cycle.
How long does mentoring last and what is the session structure?
Mentoring is a series of 8 sessions, each lasting between 1 and 2 hours, spread over the course of 3 months. Each session has its own focus and addresses specific areas — from physical health and stress management to self-care, bodywork, meditation, and mind-calming techniques. The program also includes a massage session and an Access Bars session.
Who can benefit from consultations and mentoring?
Health is much more than the absence of illness — it is a state of inner balance, where all aspects of life work in harmony, leading to happiness and fulfillment. Anyone who feels they have not yet reached their full state of well-being is welcome to work with me.
What is Slavic Flow and what does the practice include?
Slavic Flow is a unique movement practice that integrates Slavic gymnastics, yoga, dance, and intimate gymnastics. It is a journey through the body and energy — releasing tension and awakening the flow of inner power on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The practice also supports reconnecting with creative life-force energy, which lies at the core of our vitality and expression.
What can I gain from a personalized set of 7 exercises with a consultation?
Each of us comes into this world with a unique set of gifts, talents, and potentials — as well as lessons waiting to be discovered and integrated. This personalized set of 7 exercises, created based on your lunar horoscope, helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and activate the energy that has always been within you through individually selected practices.
What is FSM microcurrent therapy and how does it work?
FSM (Frequency-Specific Microcurrent) therapy involves the application of very low-level electrical currents (measured in microamperes) delivered at specific frequencies. These frequencies are used to support tissue repair, help reduce inflammation, and promote balance in the nervous system. The therapy works at the cellular level, supporting the body’s natural self-healing processes.
