Hello, my name is Karolina and I am delighted to welcome you here in my space. Together we can embark on an adventure toward a healthy and happy life, where we explore the harmonious connection between the body, mind, soul, and nature. But first, let me share a little about myself and my journey as a holistic healer.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by a family that embraced natural healing methods, making it our first choice for addressing any health concerns. However, as I transitioned into adulthood, I took health for granted and my focus shifted toward my career. For years I found myself searching for my place, trying to fit into the system, changing professions, jobs, and even countries of residence.
It was during this period that I realize how much my mental state affects my physical body. And so, confronted with periodic psoriasis attacks, two biopsies, and depression, I came to understand the profound interconnectedness of all aspects of life. This realization urged me to live life on my own terms. It is impossible to meet the expectations of everyone, even loved ones, which is why it is so important to look deep inside and discover one’s own path. Interestingly, I had always been a natural go-to person for health advice among friends and relatives, a fact that had eluded my conscious awareness. The answer was so obvious and I did not even realize it.
Hitting the rock bottom
Only in 2020, after returning from the United States, burdened with depression, broken inside, and feeling lost, I hit a turning point. It dawned on me that rediscovering my roots was the key to finding happiness and inner peace. From that moment on, I devoted myself to intensive work on self-improvement. I engage in studies, workshops, training, courses, therapy, and extensive reading. This journey enabled me to shed old conditionings and embrace my core talents, as assessed by CliftonStrengths®: learner, input, futuristic, intellection, and activator. These strengths empower me to rapidly acquire and gather knowledge and effectively share it in an accessible way.
While my life is not without challenges, I now possess the tools and comprehensive knowledge in various disciplines to embrace my truest self and achieve a greater sense of contentment. My ultimate goal is to extend this assistance to You, guiding You toward optimal health and reaching your fullest potential.

I am a certified Ayurveda Consultant, herbalist, phytotherapist, and yoga and Slavic Flow instructor. Additionally, I am continuously expanding my knowledge on the subject of biohacking.
I am a woman deeply passionate about the profound interconnectedness of all aspects of our being. Through my extensive training and experience, I have come to understand that true healing lies in addressing the needs of the body, mind, and soul in harmony with the natural world around us.
In my practice, I combine various modalities to create a holistic approach to wellness.
Herbalism and diet play crucial roles in supporting our overall well-being. I draw upon the wisdom of nature and harness the power of medicinal herbs and nourishing foods to restore balance and vitality. By incorporating nature’s gifts, we can tap into the innate healing properties of plants and experience profound transformations. Additionally, as an Ayurveda Therapist, I blend traditional wisdom and modern science. Since the wisdom of Ayurveda is timeless and for millennia it healed minds, bodies, and souls I believe it helps enrich my mission for a healthy life.
Somatic movement is at the heart of my methodology, and I incorporate practices such as yoga, Slavic gymnastics, breathwork, and meditation to facilitate physical alignment, flexibility, and strength. These practices not only promote a healthy and vibrant body but also cultivate a sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.
Biohacking is another integral aspect of my work. By utilizing cutting-edge techniques and technologies, I explore ways to optimize and enhance physical and cognitive performance. Through biohacking, we can unlock our full potential, elevate energy levels, and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Spirituality is also a guiding force behind my practice. I believe that true healing extends beyond the physical realm and encompasses the realms of the soul and spirit. I encourage individuals to explore their spiritual nature, connect with their inner wisdom, and embrace practices that foster a deep sense of purpose and meaning in life.
Throughout my journey of holistic healing, I have witnessed the incredible transformations that occur when we align our body, mind, and soul, remembering that we are part of nature and in nature, we can find answers to all our problems. My mission is to guide and support individuals on their path to holistic wellness, empowering them to live vibrant, balanced, and purposeful lives.
